RestoraLife Haven partners with landlords, apartment communities, independent living providers, property management companies, affordable housing programs, transitional housing providers, and community housing organizations to help connect qualified individuals and families with safe, stable, and affordable housing opportunities.

Our role is to bridge the gap between those seeking housing and trusted housing providers by identifying appropriate placement options based on each individual's unique needs, eligibility, and long-term goals. We work collaboratively with our housing partners to streamline referrals, improve housing stability, and reduce barriers that often prevent individuals from securing permanent housing.

We proudly assist a diverse population, including individuals and families experiencing homelessness or housing instability, veterans, seniors, individuals with disabilities, people transitioning from hospitals, rehabilitation centers, correctional facilities, behavioral health or substance use treatment programs, survivors of domestic violence, youth aging out of foster care, and others seeking a fresh start toward independent living.

Through our network of housing partners, we help participants:

Identify available housing opportunities that match their needs and eligibility.
Navigate housing applications and required documentation.
Connect with landlords and property managers.
Understand lease requirements, tenant responsibilities, and housing expectations.
Access supportive services that promote long-term housing stability.
Receive referrals to financial assistance programs when available, including rental assistance, utility assistance, security deposit support, and other community resources.

Beyond housing placement, RestoraLife Haven provides ongoing supportive services designed to help residents maintain successful tenancies and achieve lasting independence. These services may include case management, life skills coaching, employment and workforce development referrals, financial literacy education, budgeting assistance, healthcare navigation, behavioral health referrals, benefits enrollment assistance, transportation coordination, and connections to local community resources.
